The quality of our people makes or breaks the quality of our organisation. They are the driving force. Because our people are the ones who approach our clients in a friendly and courteous manner and go to work following the agreed procedures. As well as the quality of our people, we take care of comfortable and clean vehicles. All our vehicles are modern and technically in perfect condition. On average, our vehicles are not older than three years and always meet the latest environmental criteria.
ISO 9001:2015
Our business processes are subject to a quality management system. The operational management system of Verstraaten Express is ISO 9001:2015 certified. That is to assure our reliable and qualitatively excellent services. All procedures are mapped out in detail and are crystal-clear for clients, suppliers and staff members.
ISO 14001:2015
Verstraaten is concerned about the environment. Environmental matters are included in our business targets. The environmental management system of Verstraaten Express is certified according to ISO 14001:2015. This trend-setting environmental certificate is your assurance for Verstraaten Express ecological concerns. Internal audits and regular measurements carried out by way of performance indicators keep us on our toes.
