Our staff policy is aimed at appointing the right employee for the right position. Profiling and performance reviews are held to ensure the best match. We offer courses and training to enhance competences and to meet people’s interests. Employees with a work impairment are also welcome in our team.
Sponsoring
We sponsor regional sports and cultural events to demonstrate our social commitment. In addition, we support national and international social charities As we play an active role within service clubs, we help our society.
